Terms and conditions

These terms and condition govern ticket sales on the Ticketmaster site.
Ticketmaster acts as a simple intermediary for the sale of tickets between the Customer and the Organisers of the concerned events, thus acting on behalf of the latter. Consequently, these conditions of sale are applicable to purchases of ticket and in no case to the show or the event itself.
1 - PRICES AND PAYMENT 1.1 All ticket prices offered for sale from us are in Euro and inclusive of VAT. Ticket prices include booking fees and exclude participation in the processing and shipping costs indicated below in article 7.

1.2 For some shows, and at the request of the organisers, you will receive vouchers instead of tickets. In this case, tickets are to be collected, in exchange for vouchers, at the entrance to the venue, 30 minutes before the start of the show.

1.3 Unless otherwise indicated, the total number of places in reservation accumulated per person may not exceed 20 tickets per order, or the maximum number of tickets specified specifically for certain events. It is also prohibited to obtain or attempt to obtain tickets through the unauthorized use of any robot or automated software, or an unauthorized link to any website, or through any other illegal or unauthorized activity. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, by an individual buyer or by multiple buyers connected simultaneously (for example by using several credit cards or by reserving several orders on the same credit card), or by means of automated booking, Ticketmaster reserves the right to cancel orders which we reasonably suspect have been placed in violation of these terms and conditions without notice, and all items obtained in connection with such orders will be void.

1.4 - Tickets purchased on this site may not:
(a) be used for advertising, promotion, commercial, media or public relations purposes, or contests or sweepstakes (or for other such similar commercial gain); and/or (b) be combined with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package for sale or other distribution, unless formal written permission is given by us and the relevant event partner or the venue in advance and provided that even if such permission is granted, use of our or any event partner or venue’s trade marks and other intellectual property is subject to the express prior written consent of the owner.”

1.5 All orders regardless of their origin are only payable in Euro. A show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, neither returned nor exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of a show and a decision by the organiser to refund the tickets. A ticket cannot also be resold at a price higher than that of its face value.

1.6 Ticketmaster reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of order entry.
